Sage Group plc, the UK’s largest technology company has announced that Sandra Campopiano will join its Executive Committee as Chief People Officer reporting to Stephen Kelly, CEO. Sandra joins with over 20 years of HR leadership experience in global customer-focussed organisations, including technology and financial services brands.
Formerly CPO at Thomas Cook and Premier Farnell, Sandra developed people strategies to support business transformation and has led global programmes in all areas of organisation effectiveness, people development and colleague engagement. Previously, Sandra has worked at Arrow Electronics Inc, Barclays, and Psion (part of Motorola Solutions).
At Sage, Sandra will be responsible for all aspects of Human Resources globally including strategic HR planning, talent acquisition and development, reward, and organisational development. She will have specific responsibility for delivering on Sage’s capability agenda, digital skills ambitions and accelerating diversity.
